Measurements

The cut is on the snug side (as per military standards!), but this sweater is rib-knit, so it will accommodate your body contours without any undue feelings of tightness. The round collar is not a gaping fashion thing but pretty snug. This sweater has straight sleeves and a straight waist – these are meant to be folded, especially the sleeves.

Below is a chart with the flat-lay chest width from pit to pit and the center back length from the bottom of the collar to the hem. The hem is fairly long with this model. This sweater is quite stretchy: a person with a 118 cm / 46.5" chest could wear a Large-sized sweater, but would opt for a larger size.

This sweater weighs 850 grams (30 oz.) in the size Large. This model is much heavier than the other Arctic Circle sweater models.

A wool sweater is a very flexible garment. Especially a one like this is great for traveling and trekking as it doesn't take up all the space in your pack, but it provides effective insulation when you need it.

Made of 100% lamb wool. The manufacturer recommends hand-washing only. We'd like to add that airing the garment often will reduce this need for quite some time.
