Technical details and instructions

Materials

50% cotton and 50% polyester, 275 g/m2. The fabric has a water- and dirt-repelling finish. Oeko-tex SE10-194 RISE.

Care

Wash at 60 degrees Celsius (140 F), ironing 2 dots, and tumble drying one dot. Chemical washing is allowed, but tumble drying isn’t. Well, we cannot order you not to do it but we guarantee that you won’t like the result.

Classic Finnish camo pattern

The divinely beautiful M91 camouflage was the standard Finnish Defence Forces pattern from the 90s to the mid-2000s. In Finland. It is affectionately known as "pickle relish". It blends into the Finnish forest like pineapple on pizza.

Modern high-quality fabric

This isn’t the original Finnish military M91 fabric. Instead, it is the current Finnish military field uniform fabric, Foxa Cooltex 3, but with the older camo pattern. Featurewise, this is a lot better material than the original.

Thanks to the clever weaving pattern, the outer surface is durable polyester, and the inner surface is softer cotton. The fabric meets the stringent quality requirements of the Finnish Defence Forces. It has been tested in rough and tough conditions and deemed worthy.

How do I buy this stuff?

We sell this fabric by the meter. (Yes, it is that strange metric system.) Put one in the basket, and you get one meter of fabric (1.09 yards or one-fifth of a large female great white shark). If you select five, you get a five-meter-long piece (a whole shark).

The width of the fabric is 150 cm (1.64 yd.). This equals c. 0.625 blue whale penises.
