You asked, we delivered! We have gotten a lot of requests for some Brutality action for the fall, so here it is: Remote Brutality 2025.

We have devised a simple yet challenging stage for you to complete, wherever you may live. The challenge is live from September 30 until October 26, 2025. 

How to take part

• Complete the stage at your own leisure and film it
• Post your stage run on social media with the hashtags #varusteleka #remotebrutality2025, #finnishbrutality - preferably public, so we can see it
• Fill out the form below on October 26, 2025 at the latest

Everyone who filled out the form will receive a discount code via email to redeem their Remote Brutality patch for a special price. In addition, we will raffle off 1 ticket to Finnish Brutality 2026 and 5 gift cards of 100 € value among all participants.

We also reserve the right to give out special prizes to the most awesome, funny or weird stage runs.

The raffle will be held on October 27, 2025 and the winners announced on October 28, 2025. Winners will also be notified via email.

Divisions and Rules

The divisions and rules are the same as for Finnish Brutality. 

How to execute the stage

Instructions and Setup

The stage may be shot with either pistol or rifle.

• Pistol: shooting positions at 15 m and 20 m.
• Rifle: shooting positions at 45 m and 50 m.
• Required gear: C-zone steel target, three markers for shooting positions, timer with 180 s par time.
• The stage can also be shot on a paper target, but only the A & C zones count as hits.

Starting position

• Shooter starts at either side of the bottom of the triangle (position 1 or 3 in the illustration).
• Pistol: loaded and holstered.
• Rifle: loaded at low ready.

Procedure

• At the buzzer, shooter engages the target with one hit.
• Shooter places the weapon on the ground, safety on, muzzle in a safe direction, then performs two burpees.
• After the burpees, shooter engages the target with one more hit.
• Shooter proceeds to the next position.
• At each position, the sequence is repeated: hit → two burpees → hit → move.
• Continue until three full rounds are completed.  

Important

• A hit must be scored before doing burpees or moving to the next position.
• On paper targets, shooters are responsible for the accountability of their shots.
• Scoring: Time + PenaltiesPar time: 180 s.
• Shitty burpee penalty: +60 s per position. Do them properly.
• Missed hits: Less than 18 total hits = +60 s per missing hit. On paper targets, only A & C zone hits are counted.
