Let's cut the bullshit: these are your standard Nomex flyer's gloves but lined with Gore-Tex. This means these are wind- and waterproof, pretty warm, and breath relatively well. A small one-off lot from the USA! Buy these before our domestic customers will! It's always cold in here and we have nothing like this on the market! Read full description

Measurements

Made according to Handlogic sizing, which accounts for palm width and finger length. For example, sizes Large and X-Large have the same finger length, but the width is different. You can print a sizing tool here, or just choose your regular glove size and be done with it.

Technical details and instructions

Hand wash only. Hang dry. You might want to consider avoiding washing unless really necessary. However, we suggest care be taken to keep the gloves free from dirt and debris, especially from the inside.

In short these are goddamn durable Nomex & goatskin gloves, with the Gore-Tex membrane squeezed between the outer Nomex and inner lining. The official designation 'Cold Weather Flying Gloves' and the overall status 'legendary'.

Masley gives us these specs:

  • Approved for Army Aviation use
  • Fire-resistant for flash fire protection
  • Gore-Tex® Glove Insert - Waterproof, windproof & breathable for warmth in cold wet conditions
  • Superior dexterity for firing accuracy
  • Non-melt antimicrobial lining for high heat protection and no bacteria growth

Although fire retardant, these are NOT meant for fire fighting, as the tags say.

Genuine USGI surplus!

If these are used, the signs of it are minimal - all are in excellent shape, with no gripes whatsoever. Made in USA!
