If you want to wear it on your belt, get a separate belt adapter.

Designed for a military compass or strobe, also holds a standard 56 x 88 x 22 mm (2.25" x 3.5" x 7/8") carton with health rolls in it. If you're an old-timer and still have the iPhone 5 or SE, that'll fit too.
