Finnish M05 combat vest

The official combat vest base of the Finnish army, the newest model. The high price tag hides behind a vest that meets military specifications. No wonder, as the same manufacturer makes these for the army.

We thought these were totally unobtainiumed, but we got a small batch of Small/Medium-sized vests anyway! Also, check out the price tag!

Note: the pouches seen in the extra picture are not included.

Essentially, this is a somewhat ordinary vest base. On the outside you will find:

• All available space filled with PALS loops.
• Closure with four plastic (ITW Nexus) buckles.
• Side adjustment with elastic cords. Now, here's the big plus: these can be adjusted a lot, so the Small-Medium vest will snugly fit even the smaller users, a rarity in these type of vests.
• Friction pads, sling/shoulder strap stoppers and velcro loops at both shoulders - the vest is lefty-compatible as well. Drinking tube can be secured through the velcro loops.
• Reflective tag on the neck. Can be hidden, if not needed.

On the inside:

• Belt loops for the M05 belt. Of course, most will fit through but the heavy duty M05 belt works best.
• Flat document pockets with velcro closure on both sides of the front panels.
• A pocket for a hydration system on the back panel. Most 2-3 l bladders should fit.
• A small window for a name tag.
• Carrying handle in the neck, evacuation/dragging handles in the armpits. Do not use the neck handle for dragging.

Made of military-grade Cordura, with PU-coating on the inside. The quality is excellent overall, as should be expected.
