A simple plastic adapter that will make your 60 mm threaded gas mask take far more common 40 mm NATO filters. What magic! Please remember, these can't be sold as actual protective equipment due to their army surplus nature.
This should fit just about any 60 mm filter size gas mask there is. Gas masks normally come in just two thread sizes, 40 mm and 60 mm, so if the filter threads are about two thumbs wide, it's probably the 40 mm version and if it would take three thumb widths it's the 60 mm variant.
