Original

The original version. Not too hot, not too spicy, kinda naturally meaty and nice. You can taste the gamey flavor of bear meat despite the thick marinade or because of it.

Ingredients: bear meat, gluten-free soy sauce (water, soy protein hydrolysate, salt), syrup, garlic black pepper.

Smoke

For friends of smoked meat this smoked bear jerky is a pretty mandatory culinary experience. First soaked in the Original marinade for 24 hours, then dried, and finally cold-smoked with beech. How else could one describe this other than damn good.

Ingredients: bear meat, gluten-free soy sauce (water, soy protein hydrolysate, salt), syrup, garlic black pepper, real smoke.

Gray Bear

This version is flavored by the gray Finnish wonder drink lonkero to celebrate the grayest day of the year. Juniper berries were added to cut the sweetness of the drink. A delicious choice for friends of gamey flavors.

Ingrediets: Bear meat, ggluten-free soy sauce (water, soy protein hydrolysate, salt), syrup, lonkero (water, sugar, gin, carbon dioxide, acidity regulator (E330), flavors, stabilizer (E414), safflower extract), juniper berries, garlic, black pepper, valkosipuli. Heavily salted. Gluten free.
