A MOLLE admin pouch can really save your ass, when you have to hustle but also do land navigation, take intel notes, and use some electronics at the same time. Just put them in your admin pouch in an orderly fashion, and go about your business. Pull out the gizmo you need, then put it back. No more stuff bouncing around in some jute sack called tactical dump pouch.

Need a tactical vest with mag pouches? All signs point to you going the MOLLE/PALS way. MOLLE pouches in general are the most popular choice nowadays if you need to carry things on your kit. A MOLLE radio pouch can be put anywhere on a PALS webbing surface, a MOLLE mag pouch pretty much, too. A belt mounted pouch can also be your choice, if you need to put together a duty belt or a shooter’s belt. MOLLE pouches can usually be attached to a belt, but belt pouches on PALS webbing – not so much.

A general purpose pouch, a utility pouch, or any velcro pouch can also be your thing, when doing more relaxed stuff like hiking or travel in general. These pouches are not limited to tactical use, you know. You can organize your rucksack with pouches, and if needed, expand their capacity. If you carry items you don’t necessarily need all the time, you can put them in utility pouches, and attach those to your rucksack. When the time comes, you can take them off and leave at your tent or vehicle, or home.

Although jute sacks were made fun of, we’re sure even Santa Claus has entered the 21th century, and put on proper MOLLE pouches on Santa’s Little Battle Belt. Santa can check the flight plan with ease, look at the map and use a compass, hand out treats to the reindeer, and so on. The Christmas presents for good children are in the jute sack, of course. If you are on the naughty list – like the special military operation orcs from Mordor – Santa has a little something stored for you on the hardpoints under Santa’s sled wings. Also other flight passengers might benefit from the option of expanding their carry-on backpack with some pouches.
