What is an IFAK?

An IFAK pouch is a Individual First Aid Kit simple as that. We sell mostly molle IFAK pouches but do sometimes have older surplus medical pouches as well. You can fill yours with whatever you deem necessary but usually at least an emergency bandage and a Combat Application Tourniquet should be included in most use cases.
