Ordering to the US – what you should know

Ordering to the US – what you should know

Here’s how it works right now: every shipment to the United States is treated as a normal import. The old $800 duty-free loophole is gone, so U.S. Customs can apply duties to all orders.

Duties depend on what you’re buying and where it’s made. Some product categories also have additional U.S. tariff measures on top of the normal base rate. The exact numbers are defined by U.S. Customs when the package enters the country.

We ship to the U.S. using DDP – Delivered Duty Paid. That means you see the full landed price at checkout, pay everything up front, and we handle the customs side. No surprise bills after your gear is already on the way.

Shipping to the U.S.

Current carriers are UPS and DHL Express.

What We Can (and Can’t) Ship

Foodstuffs are still a no-go for the U.S. They’re blocked in the webshop and that hasn’t changed.

A number of China-made items are available again to U.S. customers. Nothing dramatic – just some of the smaller stuff (morale patches and such) that was previously paused.

And yes, the tariff situation in the U.S. can change quickly. If it does, we’ll adjust. That’s the reality right now.
