We are fortunate enough to have modern first aid supplies carried in proper molle medical pouches. These molle first aid pouches come in many shapes and forms and differ from army to army. What is an IFAK?

An IFAK pouch is a Individual First Aid Kit simple as that. We sell mostly molle IFAK pouches but do sometimes have older surplus medical pouches as well. You can fill yours with whatever you deem necessary but usually at least an emergency bandage and a Combat Application Tourniquet should be included in most use cases. One our best combos is the Varusteleka tear away medical pouch with mount that can be used as a plate carrier medical pouch or attached to a belt.
